SGBHL REFUND POLICY

 

The SGBHL understands that circumstances can change, and that sometimes players or families may decide they no longer wish to participate.

 

Full refunds will typically be provided for withdrawals made prior to the FALL/WINTER DRAFT.

 

Once the FALL/WINTER DRAFT has taken place, all registrations are considered final. No refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals after the draft, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, team placement, same-team requests not being accommodated, scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, personal circumstances, or a player choosing not to continue.

 

The SGBHL and it's coaches make every effort to accommodate player and team requests; however, requests cannot be guaranteed due to the draft process and the need to create balanced teams.
