2026 ADULT SPRING REGISTRATION

2026 ADULT SPRING SEASON

  • Dates: April- July 
  • Ages: 16 years and up (*16-18 year olds must wear cage and have approval from parents)

    • $3200 - opens January 10 and closes March 20.  Pay via Etransfer or CC.

General Information

  • 2026 Spring Season is set to start late April and end by mid-July
  • COED, WOMENS & MENS divisions
  • Recreation and Competitive divisions
  • Top two teams invited to Provincials
  • Games are 2-25 minute run-time periods with the last 5 min becoming stop-time (potentially adjusted)
  • Players must have 4 games played to be eligible for playoffs
  • Re-tier after 6 games if needed

Womens/Mens Divisions

  • Must have a minimum of 4 teams to create a division
  • Recreation and competitive divisions will be available depending on registration numbers
  • Must be minimum 16 years old to play (between 16-18 you must wear a cage and have parental approval to play)
  • All rules as per CBHA rulebook
  • Only full-team registrations available at this time
  • Only registered players with the SGBHL are allowed to play
  • roster limits of 30 players
  • Goalies are allowed to sub on other teams on an emergency basis
  • Goalies require one regular season game to be eligible for playoffs
  • Players are not allowed to play on multiple rosters

COED Division

  • Must have a minimum of 4 teams to create a division
  • Recreation and competitive divisions will be available depending on registration numbers
  • Must be minimum 16 years old to play (between 16-18 you must wear a cage and have parental approval to play)
  • All rules as per CBHA rulebook (altered)
  • Only full-team registrations available at this time
  • Only registered players with the SGBHL are allowed to play
  • roster limits of 30 players
  • Goalies are allowed to sub on other teams on an emergency basis
  • Goalies require one regular season game to be eligible for playoffs
  • Players are not allowed to play on multiple rosters (women are the exception)
  • No slap shots allowed (referee discretion)
