The Spruce Grove Ball Hockey League has been officially welcomed into the Alberta Minor Ball Hockey Association. This will allow its teams to participate in yearly Provincial tournaments. Other members of the AMBHA include Gas City Ball Hockey League (Medicine Hat), Calgary Superleagues Minors, Sherwood Park Minor Ball Hockey League, Okotoks Minor Ball Hockey, Fort Saskatchewan Minor Ball Hockey, St. Albert Minor Ball Hockey, C.N.G. Ball Hockey (Grande Prairie), BHE1 Sports Minor (Edmonton), and JHL Youth Ball Hockey (Edmonton).
